How much compensation am I likely to receive?

The amount of compensation awarded is subject to medical evidence. We will offer you an indication of the amount you may be awarded after receiving the independent medical report.

How long will it take for my case to be processed?
The duration of claims vary from one case to another. This is dependant upon the individual characteristics of cases. The minimum period for a settlement to be achieved is between 3-6 months. However more difficult cases may take longer than this.

In most cases the settlement agreed upon is final. Hence you should have made a full recovery from injuries sustained. Alternatively you may have a long-term diagnosis which states when you are likely to recover and you condition should not be at risk of further deterioration.

'No Win, No Fee' What does this mean?
The service we offer is 'No Win, No Fee'. This means that we do not charge you for the claim you give us to handle regardless of whether you win or lose the case. In cases where you are awarded compensation we recover our costs from the other party or their insurers.

    When should I claim by?
You can lodge a claim up to three years after suffering an injury. However if the claimant is under 18 then the three year time limit does not commence until their 18th birthday. However there are instances when the three year rule does not apply. One of our team of experienced injury solicitors can discuss this with you if you send an inquiry.

I am unsure of whether I have a legitimate claim.
As every claim is individual, we consider each case according to its circumstances. If we assess that your case is unlikely to succeed then we will inform you of this. We do not feel that it is beneficial for either the client our company to lodge a claim which will not be successful.
